It’s always tempting to add more questions to a CX Feedback survey. Our recommendation is that you keep the survey short to maximise response rates and then invite participants, if you wish, to take part in a longer survey.

We can prepare this ‘add-on’ survey for you or can prepare any other survey that you want to conduct. We only prepare questionnaires for online surveys. We do not handle paper questionnaires or telephone surveys.
